STEP 1: Free Consultation

After your request for Web design and development is received, we will discuss with you about your specific needs and goals. This step is an information gathering process which involves estimating your goal and purpose of the Web site, target audience, general site content, and any anticipated management needs, and domain name.

STEP 2: Web Design Proposal

Based on the outcome of our consultation, we will prepare a project Charter that defines the Web site objectives, scope of work, estimated budget and project schedule. The project Charter will be revised until all parties are satisfied with the intended deliverables. An agreement is established once the project Charter is endorsed by both parties.

STEP 3: Web Site Planning and Design Specifications

You will be actively involved in the planning phase, and your site specifications may include the finalized project Charter, site structure, domain name information, site hosting information, story boards.

STEP 4: Web Design & Development

Utilizing the site specifications, we will begin the process of building your Web site. This may include a combination of graphic design, photography, copy writing, data entry, scanning, optimization of graphics, HTML coding and programming.

STEP 5: Testing

We will analyze and test the Web site together before publishing it. We will pay special attention to areas such as browser compatibility, content verification and editing, link validation, form testing, etc.

STEP 6: Release

We will publish your final developed Web site on the Web space / server provided by us. If you have your own Web server, we will simply transfer to your server.

STEP 7: Management

After we have both fulfilled our obligation with each other, you may decide to retain our services to manage your Web site in any capacity you choose.
