The existing Web site was designed and built using Flash and a custom content management system, which did not reflect the needs of the target audience and the vision of the owners. The navigation structure posed many challenges to the end users (customers) such as the way information was made available, using small text and small flash inset pages of information, hidden sections, etc. The entire Web site was not functional on some mobile devices (especially the iPad). The overall design did not reflect at a glance, the main services offered, the quality of the programs and facility, and the vision of the owners.
The design concept was centred around the target audience and the key services. The overall presentation included a clean layout, bold high quality photographs, simple navigation structure for service descriptions and customer services, and advanced features to engage new and existing customers.
The New Web site was built using a content management system, employing a custom template design, and extensions/plugins for enhanced functions.
